We utilize a made-to-order system that limits waste and ensures each item is created just for you.
Each product can take a different amount of time, depending on its complexity. That said, it typically takes ~5 business days for made-to-order products.
Shipping
Due to our made-to-order production, our partners may ship from North Carolina, Texas, Mexico, or China. This allows us greater flexibility in pricing and assortment.
Depending on the product, delivery can take anywhere from 10 - 15 business days.
Yes - express shipping is available for an additional charge. This typically cuts down delivery time by ~5 business days.
Yes - all orders are provided tracking once they are shipped.
Returns
We have an extended return policy of 90 days. We will happily refund or exchange any unused products that are in "like new" condition.
Yes - we do require a fee for returning items. Please check all details and contact us with additional questions to avoid having to return any items.
