To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to sender. 

Syntax & Alchemy is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. Customer must pay the returned package shipping cost before Syntax & Alchemy can reship the order to the updated address. If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
